According to official introduction, the screen uses LTPS-TFT glass-based drive backplane, pixel spacing reduced to 0.078mm, resolution 360,480, using full flip LED pixel luminous unit without substrate, can achieve screen peak brightness > 1500nits, related technical achievements are expected to be widely used in smart wearable products such as Micro LED watches in the future.

The screen adopts the massive transfer technology route independently developed by National Star Optoelectronics, achieving high-density integration of more than 500,000 Micro LED chips, R / G / B tricolor chip placement accuracy < 2um, and transfer yield > 99.9%. In addition, the National Star Micro LED R & D platform can also support 12-inch chip splicing and bonding on the inner substrate in the future.

So far, National Star Optoelectronics has realized the "Future National Star screen" matrix for diversified scene applications such as pixel spacing from P0.X to P0.0X. Guoxing Optoelectronics said that next, the company will continue to dig into the Micro LED micro-display track, develop silicon-based AR display technology, and create a more comprehensive and diversified layout of Micro LED applications.
