The circular pointed out that the price calculation methods for residential electricity consumption, agricultural production electricity consumption, and industrial and commercial electricity consumption will remain unchanged, keep peak, flat and valley for eight hours and electricity price standards unchanged, and only adjust the division of peak, flat and valley periods. we should give full play to the regulation and guidance role of electricity price policy, guide electric vehicle users to use electricity safely and rationally, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of urban public transport.

The summer period is from April to September, with a total of 8 hours in the adjusted peak period, from 16:00 to 2400; 8 hours in the normal period, from 00:00 to 02:00 and 10:00 to 16 in the average period; and 8 hours in the valley period, from 02:00 to 10:00.

The summer period is from October to March of the following year, with a total of 8 hours during the peak period, with a total of 8 hours from 16:00 to 2400; 8 hours during the normal period, from 08:00 to 16 00; and 8 hours from the valley period, with a total of 00:00 to 08:00.
