CTOnews.com December 5, BYD officially announced that recently, BYD and Paraguayan dealer DIESA Group officially launched BYD Song PLUS DM-i at the national CADAM auto show, introducing super hybrid models in Paraguay for the first time.

CTOnews.com noted that the BYD PLUS DM-i is equipped with super hybrid technology, in which the maximum power of the engine is 81kW, the maximum power of the motor is 132kW, the comprehensive mileage can reach 1150 km, and the fuel consumption of 100 km is only 4.4 L.

In terms of interior, the new car is equipped with a 12.8in rotating central control screen, a 12.3in LCD dashboard and a 9-speaker Dirac Sound. In terms of safety, the new car is equipped with an ADAS driving assistance system and a high-definition panoramic camera with a driving video recorder (DVR) to support emergency braking, lane departure and adaptive cruising.

Miguel Carrizosa, president of Diesa, announced that an attractive BYD showroom will be opened at Paseo Los Arboles in Asuncion in the coming weeks. At the same time, it also announced the launch of a new BYD Tang Electric SUV, which is currently a 100% electric European version with a range of 635km.
