CTOnews.com, Dec. 4-Zuckerberg sold Meta shares almost every day in November, according to filings released by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). As of November 29, he had sold a total of 560,180 shares.

According to a form submitted to SEC on Nov. 30, he also plans to sell another 28009 shares of Meta. Based on the day's closing price ($327.15), the shares are worth about $192.9 million (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 1.377 billion yuan).

It is worth mentioning that the Meta Platforms shares sold this time are owned indirectly by Zuckerberg through various funds. The whole process of disclosed sales is also in line with the 10b5-1 trading rules laid down by SEC.
