According to CTOnews.com, Mercedes-Benz pure electric G-class changes the front grille to a closed design, and adds LED light sources in many parts of the body, such as grille frame, body waistline, roof and so on. At the same time, the new car is equipped with a 22-inch rim with surface cutting technology and a concave "pot cover" rim style.

The pure electric G class will be equipped with four motors, each of which drives a wheel, which can be controlled independently. With the support of the electronic control system, the pure electric G class can achieve functions such as "tank U-turn (G-turn)". At the same time, the car will provide three kinetic energy recovery modes, namely D+, D and DMel, and support Eco, Comfort, Sport, Trail, Rock, Sand and Creeper (peristaltic) driving modes.

Mercedes-Benz has not disclosed the power information of the EQG, but with reference to the performance of the EQS 580 SUV 4MATIC, the maximum power of the pure electric G-class is expected to be between 609 and 679 horsepower. In terms of battery life, it is expected that the maximum range of Pure Electric Class G will be about 500 km.
