New button layout: The shortcut panel has a new layout that makes it easier to access the most frequently used features. WLAN and Bluetooth currently have dedicated buttons at the top of the screen, while visual features such as dark mode and eye comfort protection are moved to the bottom of the screen. Other shortcut buttons are in the customization area in the middle of the screen.
Instant access to the entire shortcut panel: By default, when swiping down from the top of the screen, a collapsed shortcut panel appears with notifications. Swipe down again to hide notifications and expand the full shortcut panel. If Instant Access is enabled, swipe down once from the top right of the screen to access the full shortcut panel. Swipe down from elsewhere at the top of the screen to access both the collapsed shortcut panel and notifications.
Quick access to brightness controls: The brightness control bar can now be set to appear by default in the collapsed shortcut panel, making it faster and easier to adjust brightness when you swipe down once from the top of the screen.
Improved album cover display: When playing music or video, if the app playing the music or video provides an album cover, the album cover will cover the entire media controller in the notification panel.
Improved notification layout: Each notification is now displayed separately, making it easier to identify individual notifications.
Notification icons are more vivid: You can use the same icons as the home screen app. You can turn it on in Settings.
Sort notifications by time: You can now change the notification settings to sort notifications by time instead of priority so that the latest notifications always appear at the top.

Samsung DeX
The new Samsung DeX lets you switch between DeX mode and tablet mode while the home screen layout remains the same. All of your favorite apps, widgets, and icons are available in DeX. DeX can also be used horizontally and vertically if the tablet's auto-rotation feature is turned on.

New emoji design: The emoji displayed in your messages, social media posts and elsewhere on your phone have been updated with a new design.

Photo Preview: When you share a picture from the My Files app, a preview of the picture appears at the top of the Share pane so you can view the related picture before sharing.

Enhanced Illustrations: Illustrations in weather widgets and apps have been enhanced to better provide information about current weather conditions. The background color of the illustrations also varies depending on the time of day.

Simple and intuitive design: The overall layout of the camera app has been simplified. The shortcut buttons on the preview screen have been redesigned to make them easier to understand.
Custom camera widgets: You can add custom camera widgets to the home screen. You can set each widget to launch in a specific shooting mode and save photos and videos in albums of your choice.
More watermark alignment options: You can now choose whether the watermark appears at the top or bottom of the photo.
Scan documents easily: The ability to scan documents has been separated from the Scene Optimizer, so documents can be scanned even if the Scene Optimizer is turned off. Quick Edit in Details View: When viewing photos, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access Details View. This screen gives you quick access to effects and re-recording functions.
Drag and drop with both hands: Long press photos and videos with one hand, then navigate to the album you want to place them in with the other.
Save a clipped picture as a sticker: When you clip something from a picture, you can easily save it as a sticker for later use when editing photos or videos.
Improved Story View: When browsing stories, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up thumbnail view. In thumbnail view, you can add or remove photos and videos to your story.
picture editor
Improved layout: With the new Tools menu, it's easier to find the editing features you need. Straighten and Perspective options are combined in the Adjust menu.
Adjust decorations after saving: You can now change the drawings, stickers, and text you add to photos even after saving is complete.
