CTOnews.com December 4 news, BMW Group said that there are a total of 300000 BMW new energy vehicles in various parts of China.

Data show that BMW sold more than 78600 pure electric models in China in the first 10 months of this year, an increase of 211% compared with the same period last year.

According to CTOnews.com, in the second half of this year, BMW iX1, the third domestic pure electric model of BMW Group, was put into production in Shenyang, and the BMW i5 will be made domestically next year. According to BMW's plan, pure electric models will be its main sales growth this year, accounting for 15% of the group's total annual delivery volume.

In the long run, BMW plans to start production of new generation models in the second half of 2025 and in Shenyang, China, in 2026, followed by six models based on the new platform. This will help to achieve the group's goal of delivering more than 10 million pure electric vehicles by 2030.
