Thanks to CTOnews.com netizen Brother Black fly's left hand clue delivery! CTOnews.com December 3, Ford CEO Jim Farley announced that Ford Fmur150 Lightning had its best sales performance ever in November.

He said the company sold nearly 4400 electric trucks last month, an increase of more than 100% compared with last year, which is also Ford's best monthly sales record for Fmuri 150 Lightning.

It is worth mentioning that Ford's Lightning sales fell 46 per cent in the third quarter. In October, Ford sold 3712 Lightning models, an increase of 52.4% over 2022.

Ford said in September that production of the Fmuri 150 Lightning began to pick up after a six-week shutdown. Ford believes its production of electric pickup trucks is expected to triple after the renovation of its Rouge EV plant in Michigan.

Ford announced last month that it would "realign and reduce some of its investments", including at its electric car plant in Michigan. The plan calls for a cut of nearly $1.5 billion in investment (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 10.71 billion yuan) and is expected to cut 1700 jobs.

In early February, Ford said it would add 2500 jobs and start producing 35 GWh of LFP batteries a year from 2026 (which could power about 400000 electric vehicles).

Ford now expects to produce about 20 GWh of LFP batteries a year, more than 40 per cent less than originally planned. The plant is expected to produce LFP batteries for about 230000 electric vehicles a year.

In addition, Ford has postponed its target of 600000 electric vehicles until next summer, and the company has cut three shifts at its Rouge EV plant.

Mark Truby, Ford's chief communications officer, said the decision was due to "demand and expected growth in electric vehicles" and that Ford was cutting spending on electric vehicles by about $12 billion (currently about 85.68 billion yuan).
