With the goal of "three stars", the highest level of barrier-free environment certification, this paper puts forward high-standard norms and guidelines for barrier-free facilities environment, information exchange environment and barrier-free services, covering the main functions of the park and public open space.

According to the group standard "Evaluation Standard of Barrier-free facilities of Civil buildings" issued by China Engineering Consulting Association, the evaluation grade of the project within one year of completion and acceptance is divided into three levels, with the highest grade of three-star. Barrier-free access, public barrier-free services, barrier-free accommodation, barrier-free information exchange and wisdom services, barrier-free facilities operation and maintenance all reach a high level, and have a certain degree of innovation and improvement.

On September 1 this year, the Barrier-free Environment Construction Law was formally implemented. China's barrier-free environment construction has entered a new stage of high-quality development. A large number of high-quality, high-level and high-standard benchmarking models represented by Tencent Qianhai headquarters continue to emerge, which will play a role in promoting the overall improvement of the quality of China's barrier-free environment construction.

The Evaluation Standard of Barrier-free facilities for Civil buildings compiled under the auspices of Beijing Construction Institute is the specific operation guide for the implementation of the Barrier-free Environment Construction Law of the people's Republic of China and the implementation Plan of Barrier-free Environment Certification, which is mainly based on GB55019 "Barrier-free access Code", GB50763 "Barrier-free Design Code" and GB50642 "Barrier-free facilities Construction acceptance and maintenance Code". With reference to the relevant standards at home and abroad, summarize the construction experience of barrier-free facilities at home and abroad, in order to adapt to the development of barrier-free environment in our country, according to the actual situation of our country.
