When asked about the details of the Innovation Plan, Spencer said:

When we look at what users are doing and listen to their feedback, we think about what else we can do for the Xbox cloud and Xbox console experience.

We will also launch a roadmap for this content (about Xbox cloud games, Xbox console experiences, etc.). There is a hardware roadmap, a service roadmap, and even a roadmap to improve Xbox's achievements.
