CTOnews.com news on December 2, CTOnews.com reported on the 14th of last month that British netizens reported that they bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max from Apple's official website but received an Android copycat phone.

Another netizen, Chris-J-88, reported that there was the same problem. He gave feedback to Apple officials on Sept. 23 and provided relevant photographic evidence.

An email was received on the evening of October 10 to close the investigation and found that the item had been delivered to the correct address and replacement or refund was not supported.

As of CTOnews.com 's publication, 88 netizens have clicked on "Me Too" under this post, and the actual click does not need to be verified, so it does not mean that 88 people have encountered the same problem.

Netizens suspected that it was a problem with the express delivery company. A British netizen responded that he received an iPhone SE after ordering iPhone 15 Pro Max, which may have a problem in the transportation link of the British express company DPD.

In the UK, express delivery company DPD has a poor reputation for reliability, and the netizen reported that Tesco had stopped using DPD to deliver phones after receiving several complaints from customers about the loss of their phones.
