The R & D team of Guangzhou ship International Academy of Maritime Sciences has successively conquered the overall scheme design of the ship methanol fuel supply system, the principle and technology of the supply system, based on multivariable adaptive feedback control technology, highly integrated pry block design technology, supply system prototype development and real ship application and many other technical difficulties, completed the independent development and debugging of the first methanol fuel supply system made in China. After testing, all the technical indicators have reached the leading level in the industry. On June 2, 2023, it successfully obtained the AIP principle recognition Certificate issued by DNV Classification Society, which broke the technological monopoly of foreign enterprises.

At today's acceptance ceremony, Guangzhou Shipping International and its subsidiary, Guangzhou Shipping International Academy of Marine Sciences, signed an agreement for the purchase of 10 methanol fuel supply systems.
