Affected user feedback, including Win11 22H2, Win11 23H2, Win10 22H2 and other system versions, most Windows versions that use Microsoft Store will automatically install the application, and a new HP Smart application will be added to the start menu.

According to the test of foreign media, the application is installed through Microsoft Store and will not be displayed on the "programs and Features" page of the control panel, but users can uninstall it in Microsoft Store.

In a statement sent to Windows Latest, Microsoft acknowledged the above problems and is now investigating.
