CTOnews.com, November 29 (Xinhua)-- CD Projekt Red's chief business officer, Micha Micha Nowakowski, revealed in a recent earnings call that the live-action film and television program of "Cyberpunk 2077" has not yet set a release date, but it will certainly not be released in 2024.

Nowakowski said that the final version of Cyberpunk 2077 is about to be released, and CD Projekt Red also intends to expand the influence of Cyberpunk IP in other ways. He did not give many details, but he mentioned the live-action film and television project "Cyberpunk 2077" in cooperation with Anonymous Content, saying that the project is under way and will not be completed in 2024, but there will certainly be progress.

CTOnews.com previously reported that according to CDPR last month, the film and television work will tell a new story set in Cyberpunk 2077, and further developments will continue to be made public.

Anonymous Content is an independent global media company that has produced Emmy-winning dramas such as True Detective and the Legion of hackers and Oscar-winning films such as the Wild Hunter and focus. At present, the series being broadcast by the company include "Holy Cross" and "Xiang Taran". As part of the partnership, CDPR will work directly with Anonymous Content's TV director Garret Kemble, development director Ryan Schwartz and chief creative officer David Levine.
