Here, the senior IT manager makes a simple arrangement based on the situation of his own enterprise:

Vice president in charge of IT: based on the macro perspective of the superior manager, it is proposed that the group is committed to the revival of national industrial science and technology, hoping that suppliers will have national recognition, industry praise and customer trust.

Director of IT: emphasize that suppliers should have sufficient ability to implement guarantee services, enterprises should operate steadily, suppliers' remote products are mature and have been fully verified by the Chinese market, and suppliers have a certain performance-to-price ratio when business needs are met.

Based on the above basic requirements, we can begin to investigate the suppliers to evaluate the comprehensive strength of the suppliers, and the specific direction can include the following aspects:

1. Understand the financing situation of suppliers and whether it is an excellent capital investment. Capital has helped me to evaluate the business prospects of suppliers.

2. Manpower is needed to understand the team size of the supplier, the iteration of the product and the guarantee of the implementation service, so the number of the supplier team should be large, among which the proportion of the technical service team should be large.

3. To understand the service scale of suppliers and the large number of customers, I firmly believe that the eyes of the masses are discerning, especially the number of customers similar to our group.

4. To understand the overseas service capabilities of suppliers, the Group also has some overseas operations, but due to the international political situation, suppliers are required to provide safe and compliant overseas service solutions in the future, and the overseas deployment plan has to be successfully verified by group-level customers.

5. To understand the safety certification qualification of the supplier, the supplier needs to have the third-level certification such as ISO27001, ISO9001, etc.

6. To understand the supplier's product technology stack, whether the supplier's product technology is self-developed and self-controllable, and whether the supplier's products are properly compatible with domestic chips and systems, most of the group's servers are domestic; actively avoid the operational risks caused by technical restrictions.

7. Understand the honorary qualification of the supplier, whether it has obtained the national honorary certification, and whether it has solid industry recognition and respect.

After evaluating the comprehensive strength of the supplier enterprise, we will then specifically evaluate its technical capability and the product maturity of the remote control scheme as well as its adaptation to its own scene. This part will be described in detail in the next article.
