At the full-scene press conference of Zhijie S7 and Huawei this afternoon, Yu Chengdong introduced the unmanned parking technology in detail and announced the opening of the parking Beta program to support seven cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Suzhou and Dongguan by 2024.

According to reports, the first unmanned valet parking of the Zhijie S7 supports active obstacle avoidance and on call. The technology can independently complete a series of operations, such as comity to pedestrians, backing to avoid, extreme car meeting, automatic parking, automatic pick-up and so on.
