CTOnews.com, Nov. 28 (Xinhua)-- A Swedish court ruled on Monday that transportation authorities must find a way to obtain Tesla's license blocked by postal workers, according to Aftonbladet.

The ruling came hours after Tesla sued the transportation department and Sweden Post (PostNord) because postal workers stopped delivering license plates for his new car.

On November 20, PostNord workers went on strike to force Tesla to sign a collective bargaining agreement for Swedish mechanical workers. The transport department refused to deliver the license plate by other means, saying that PostNord must be used under the contract.

The Nuoer Xueping District Court ruled that the transportation department must return the license plate to Tesla within seven days, or it would pay a fine of 1 million Swedish kronor (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 686600 yuan).

The ruling is the latest turning point in the struggle between Tesla and the Swedish Labor Organization. IF Metall launched a mechanical strike on October 27, refusing to provide services to Tesla Motor because it did not accept collective bargaining.

Since then, other union members, including longshoremen, electricians and cleaners, have also taken action to join the blackmail.

Tesla formulated a policy not to sign collective bargaining agreements and said the terms of his employees were as good or even better as those required by IF Metall. The union says collective agreements signed by all companies are crucial to the Swedish labour market model.
