The model is basically the same as the current model in terms of appearance, interior and configuration, but adopts a 1.5T hybrid powertrain system in terms of power, which improves fuel economy and dynamic performance.

CTOnews.com notes that the exterior design of the Mondeo hybrid version follows Chang 'an Ford's latest family style, with hexagonal air intake grille and LED headlights on the front face, smooth body lines and "HYBRID" logo at the rear to highlight the hybrid identity. The body size of this model is 4935/1875/1500 mm and the wheelbase is 2945 mm, which is consistent with the current model. In addition, the Mondeo hybrid version also offers a variety of front surround styling options, high-profile models are also equipped with panoramic sunroof, highlight black exterior mirrors and small size rear spoiler.

The interior of the Mondeo hybrid version is also the same as that of the current model. The biggest highlight is the through-dual screen composed of 12.3-inch LCD instrument and 27-inch multimedia large screen, equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820A car gauge chip, running Ford's brand-new SYNC+2.0 intelligent interconnection system, supporting full-screen map display, voice interaction and gesture control. In terms of configuration, Mondeo Hybrid Edition also has online navigation, in-vehicle 4G Wi-Fi hotspot, OTA upgrade, in-vehicle ETC, electronic handbrake, keyless entry/start, inductive wiper, Ford road coordination system, tire pressure display and Ford remote mobile phone interconnection.

In terms of power, the Mondeo hybrid version is equipped with a 1.5T hybrid system, consisting of a 1.5T turbocharged engine and an electric motor. The maximum net power of the engine is 138 kW, the maximum power of the electric motor is 88 kW, and the comprehensive power of the system is 188 kW. The fuel consumption performance of this model is better than that of the current 1.5T fuel version model. The fuel consumption of 100 kilometers under comprehensive operating conditions is only 4.86 liters, and the acceleration performance is also expected to be improved. In terms of transmission, the new car matches the E-CVT gearbox.
