CTOnews.com, November 27 (Xinhua)-- Microsoft launched a new version of the Planner app in November, a lightweight, Web-based team collaboration App that claims to manage all tasks, to-dos, plans, and projects in the Microsoft 365 app in a simple, familiar experience.

According to the blogger "Microsoft Faith Center" Weibo, Microsoft's renaming department is "achieving year-end results" on the app to unify the names of Planner businesses:

The integrated Tasks by Planner and To Do in Teams will be renamed Planner

Project for Web, Project Teams Tab, Project Power App will also be renamed Planner (Project)
