CTOnews.com, Nov. 25 (Xinhua)-- Diablo 4, a fantasy role-playing action game, also launched a new round of free trials during Black Friday. However, many trial players and purchased players reported that there was a 300201 error when running the game.

CTOnews.com inquired about player feedback from X Social Media and Steam Community Forum, and Steam free trial players encountered the same problem as regular players who had bought it.

Players reported that the 300201 error first appeared on November 22. Blizzard admitted the error, but it has not been fixed in the past 3 days.

Blizzard customer service replied to players on the X platform: "at present, we are unable to release follow-up information, but the development team is aware of this problem and has begun to investigate."

Player feedback temporary solutions include creating a new platform and Battle.net account, and then launching Diablo 4.
