CTOnews.com November 24 news, Chang 'an Automobile, Deep Blue Automobile, Ningde Times previously jointly invested to establish a battery company-Times Chang' an Power Battery Co., Ltd., Times Chang 'an first standard cell officially offline today.

CTOnews.com notes that the first standard cell adopts advanced "fast ion ring graphite" and "ultra-high conductivity electrolyte" material technology, more than 6800 quality control points are embedded in the whole life cycle, more than 10,000 data traceability, the quality reliability can reach DPPB (monomer defect rate of one billion) level, and 4C fast charging will be integrated, from 20% to 80% in only 10 minutes.

The automation rate of Times Chang 'an Factory has reached more than 95%, and one cell can be produced in one second in the whole cycle from input to finished product output. Chang 'an Automobile previously said on the interactive platform that Times Chang' an is mainly engaged in the production and manufacturing of power cells, with an annual production capacity of 25 Gwh, which can be put into production within the year.

It is worth mentioning that Chang 'an Automobile released its self-developed battery brand "Golden Bell Cover" at Guangzhou Auto Show in 2023, and started the research and development of new batteries. It is estimated that the energy density will exceed 1300-1500Wh/kg, and mass production will be realized in 2035.
