CTOnews.com, Nov. 24, according to a list recently released by the U.S. Trademark and Patent Office (USPTO), Apple has obtained a patent for the design of the iPhone, which can control the degree of polarization of the screen by embedding an "electronically controlled filter" in the screen.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Apple plans to add "blinds" to the screen in the MacBook to flexibly enable privacy mode.

The new patent uses a different design idea, adding a polarizing layer in the middle of the screen to filter some colors to ensure that only the front can be fully displayed and can be displayed normally in normal mode. in "privacy" mode, only the front can be seen clearly.
