On the afternoon of November 22, the 2023 "Belt and Road Initiative International Business Association Conference" artificial Intelligence Industry Development Forum was held at the Digital China Convention and Exhibition Center, under the guidance of the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Informatization and the Office of Fujian Digital Fujian Construction leading Group. Fuzhou people's Government hosted, Fuzhou big data Development Management Committee and Fuzhou Industry and Information Bureau jointly hosted. The forum gathered politics, industry and research media to jointly explore the new path and mode of the development of artificial intelligence industry, so as to inject new ideas and new driving force for the promotion of artificial intelligence industry policy and high-quality development of industry in Fujian Province.

At the forum, the "Nanqiang Huiyan" aviation intelligent operation and maintenance vision industry model of Xiamen University's air and space information intelligence research team and the "Baosheng Miaoji" language model of traditional Chinese Medicine University of Kangfu (Xiamen) holding Co., Ltd. In addition, a signing ceremony for computing services was also held between Fuzhou Electronic Information Group Co., Ltd. and 14 universities and enterprises, including Beijing Institute of Technology Southeast Information Research Institute, Both Digital Mining, and Abercrombie. This means that Fujian has taken another big step forward in accelerating the construction of artificial intelligence industry innovation ecology and deepening the application of artificial intelligence integration.

Safety is not only the lifeline of the aviation industry, but also the foundation of airlines. The traditional aviation industry defect detection and fault judgment are mostly completed by experienced technicians, which has some disadvantages, such as high cost, low efficiency, poor accuracy, unable to carry out batch and so on. In order to respond to the increasing security needs of the aviation industry and fill the gap in the 100 million-level maintenance market, the Air and Space Information Intelligence Research team of Xiamen University released the "Nanqiang Huiyan" aviation intelligent operation and maintenance vision industry model.

This model is an aerial inspection model based on image analysis and defect detection based on visual perception. Combined with the co-development of software and hardware, the model can effectively and accurately identify the damage on the outer surface of aircraft and the defects of key parts in aero-engine, including cracks, pits, bends, notches, material missing, screw shedding and other complex scenes. The model is oriented to the deployment and platform development of the "cloud edge" three-body collaborative model, which effectively solves the problems of high labor cost and difficulty in identification in the aviation industry, ensures the security and controllability of sensitive data of aviation equipment, and helps the intelligent upgrading of operation and maintenance in the industry.

"Baosheng Miaoji" is an AI language model of traditional Chinese medicine, which provides overall solutions for traditional Chinese medicine and large health institutions and their practitioners in Kangfu (Xiamen) holding Co., Ltd., which has the ability of clinical intelligent diagnosis and the ability of health care and conditioning of traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the support of the exclusive computing pool of Teng AI provided by Fujian artificial Intelligence Computing Center, the model adaptation and parameter fine-tuning of traditional Chinese medicine industry are completed. In the next step, the two sides will focus on multimodal and retrieval-enhanced generation ability training to further improve the general reasoning ability of the model in order to support auxiliary diagnosis, intelligent doctor-patient question answering, customer relationship management and other tasks.

As the ideological source and practical starting point of the construction of digital China, Fujian Province attaches great importance to the development of artificial intelligence industry. In April this year, the Fujian artificial Intelligence Computing Center was officially unveiled and launched. In September, the Fujian provincial government issued the "Ten measures for promoting the Development of artificial Intelligence Industry in Fujian Province", which aims to enhance the basis of computing power to support the ecological construction of the industry, reduce the R & D costs of artificial intelligence enterprises with inclusive computing power, help local enterprises seize opportunities for the development of artificial intelligence, and create a southeast innovation highland for the development of artificial intelligence industry.

Thanks to policy support, 31 enterprises, including Nanwei Software, Weiku (Xiamen), Fujian Chaoshu, and 14 universities, including Xiamen University and Fujian Institute of Information Vocational Technology, have gradually cooperated with Fujian artificial Intelligence Computing Center in government affairs, manufacturing, agriculture, interactive digital human and other scientific research and innovation fields. It can be predicted that in the near future, Fujian artificial intelligence industry will blossom everywhere and achieve fruitful results.
