According to borncity, there is a status display problem in Microsoft Teams version 2.0, resulting in a "wrong object" situation.

For example, although employee An is in the office state and normally uses Teams 2.0, the "offline" status of employee B is displayed in the status column.

CTOnews.com learned from the report that the current solution is to notify the tray area in the taskbar, right-click Teams 2.0, and re-enter after being completely closed to restore.

Users reported that the employee environment was Win10 Professional with the latest cumulative update, and Teams 2.0 also upgraded the latest version, showing version 23272.2707.2453.769.

The company's IT administrator speculated that it might be caused by sleep mode, which could be temporarily fixed by restarting the ms-teams.exe process.
