CTOnews.com, November 23 (Xinhua)-- Google officially acknowledged that the above problems do exist, but did not affect performance and durability, in response to the dot bulge on the Pixel 8 Pro phone screen.

A Pixel spokesman said that when users turn off the screen, there may indeed be dot bulges on the screen under certain light conditions, but the company assures users that these bumps will not affect the performance or durability of the Google 8 Pro.

Google said it would not affect features such as screen touch and assured users that the original warranty was valid for one year.

Some users who have problems have contacted Google to ask for replacement, but even if Google agrees, the replacement phone may also have dots.

CTOnews.com inquired about the relevant information and found that some users were worried that the situation would continue to worsen and asked Google to extend the warranty period for their phones. Google officials have not responded to users' requests.
