Citic Capital, China International Capital Corporation, Goldman Sachs and UBS arranged 45 billion yuan of A-share private placement in the Ningde era last year and are expected to list in Hong Kong if the deal continues, according to people familiar with the matter.

Ningde didn't respond to emails seeking comment.
