The Shangyu Court held that the defendants Zhang and Chen conspired with others to fabricate false danger, disaster, and police situations, spread them on the network platform, and seriously disturbed social order, and their actions constituted the crime of fabricating and deliberately spreading false information. According to the circumstances and nature of the crime and the confession and repentance of the two defendants, the defendants Zhang and Chen were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment.
