As China's aerospace enters a new era of high-density launch, the technological test requirements of rocket engines are getting higher and higher, not only to ensure the test quality, but also to improve the test efficiency. To this end, the 165 Institute of the sixth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group has continuously optimized the test process, gradually shortening the test cycle from the original seven days to five, four, and three days, and finally achieving the goal of "two days and one test."

Han Ming, director of 165 Institute, said that in order to achieve the effect of "two days and one test", the institute subdivided the installation inspection and confirmation items before the test into 34 standard procedures, and realized the digital management and control of the whole process. At the same time, the institute also introduces automatic systems such as multimedia acceptance and guidance docking, which reduces the links of manual operation and improves the efficiency and quality of the test.

This successful "two-day and one-test" test can not only promote the comprehensive capability of China's liquid rocket engine test, but also provide a strong support for China's high-density aerospace launch.
