In view of the current grim situation of telecom network fraud crimes in northern Myanmar, the Ministry of Public Security has deployed public security organs in Yunnan and other places to continuously promote border police law enforcement cooperation and continuously carry out several rounds of crackdown operations. up to now, the relevant local law enforcement departments in northern Myanmar have handed over to us a total of 31000 suspects of telecommunications network fraud, including 63 behind-the-scenes "financiers", organization leaders and backbone, and 1531 online fugitives. Remarkable results have been achieved in the crackdown.

Since September this year, under the command and deployment of the Ministry of Public Security and the Yunnan Provincial Public Security Bureau, public security organs in Xishuangbanna, Pu'er, Lincang, and other places have carried out border police law enforcement cooperation with relevant local law enforcement departments in Myanmar, and carried out a series of crackdown operations. A large number of suspects of telecommunications network fraud have been handed over to us and achieved remarkable results.

After entering November, in order to push forward the crackdown in depth, our public security organs further deepened the cooperation between China and Myanmar in police law enforcement and launched a fierce offensive against the crime of network fraud in northern Myanmar, with remarkable results and frequent rewards. The important leaders of the network fraud syndicate of Kokang Telecom in northern Myanmar, Ming Guoping, Ming Chu Lan, and Ming Zhenzhen, who are openly wanted by our public security organs, were successfully arrested and brought to justice. The first offender, Ming Xuechang, committed suicide in fear of crime, and a large number of overseas fraud sites were successfully eradicated, which dealt a heavy blow to the arrogance of overseas fraud groups.

On November 18, Dehong public security organs made an important breakthrough in border police law enforcement cooperation. Law enforcement departments in Mujie region of northern Myanmar handed over 571 suspects of telecommunications network fraud to us one after another, forming a strong deterrent to fraudsters.

Up to now, with the strong cooperation of all parties in Myanmar, a total of 31000 suspects of telecommunications network fraud have been handed over to us and taken back one after another by the public security organs in the place where the case was involved. The public security organs will thoroughly investigate all illegal and criminal facts and resolutely punish them severely in accordance with the law.

The relevant responsible person of the public security organ said that he will always maintain a high-pressure crackdown on network fraud criminal groups in northern Myanmar, constantly deepen police law enforcement cooperation on the Sino-Myanmar border, continuously organize special crackdown operations, and make every effort to crack down on fraud den. We will arrest people involved in fraud in accordance with the law, resolutely safeguard the safety and legitimate rights and interests of the people's lives and property, and earnestly maintain border security and stability.
