Hisense intelligent transportation leading strength has been recognized by the authority again! On November 17, the 2023 China Intelligent Transportation Conference, sponsored by the China Intelligent Transportation Association, opened in Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center. At the meeting, the award ceremony of "2023 Science and Technology Award of China Intelligent Transportation Association" was held, and Hisense Network Technology Co., Ltd. declared "intelligent public transport resource optimization and dynamic dispatching key technology research and development and industrial application". Successfully won the first prize for scientific and technological progress.

The Science and Technology Award of China Intelligent Transportation Association is the most influential authoritative award in China's intelligent transportation industry. it is established with the approval of the National Science and Technology Award Office and sponsored by China Intelligent Transportation Association. It plays an important role in promoting the scientific and technological progress, integration and innovation of China's intelligent transportation industry, promoting the development of the industry, personnel training and technology popularization.

The project "Research and Development and industrialization Application of key Technologies of Intelligent Public Transport Resource Optimization and dynamic dispatching" declared by Hisense, which was jointly completed by Hisense Network Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Southeast University, Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transportation, Shandong Computing Center, etc., finally stood out after layers of selection, and successfully won the first prize for scientific and technological progress of China Intelligent Transportation Association in 2023.

The project revolves around the problems existing in intelligent public transport system, such as high complexity of travel demand, difficulty in coordination of management, control and dispatching in complex traffic environment, low level of autonomy of public transport equipment, and so on. Key technologies and independent complete sets of equipment for city-level intelligent public transport cooperative dispatching are established. Some innovative achievements have been achieved, such as intelligent bus passenger flow spatio-temporal distribution simulation and multi-objective resource optimization technology, intelligent bus network cooperative dispatching technology and bus priority control system, independent and controllable intelligent bus equipment and intelligent bus standard system.

The overall achievements of the project have reached the international advanced level, in which the bus corridor multi-scene and multi-line dynamic cooperative scheduling technology and self-made complete sets of equipment have reached the international leading level. It has been applied in more than 70 large and medium-sized cities at home and abroad, such as Qingdao, Weifang, Chengdu, Urumqi, Xining and Ethiopia, with direct economic benefits exceeding 1 billion yuan, which has greatly promoted the development of intelligent public transportation in our country.

In Xining, Hisense helped to build a city-oriented intelligent public transport system, built the country's first line capacity optimization system, and landed intelligent dispatching, video surveillance, enterprise ERP, mobile office, smart field station, big data visualization, intelligent bus, electronic stop and other application systems, realizing the overall improvement of enterprise operation, safety and service level, and laying a solid foundation for digital transformation. After the optimization of 60 main lines in Xining, the daily inefficient mileage is reduced by 22000 km, and the annual cost saving is more than 60 million.

In Qingdao, Hisense helps Qingdao True bus Group fully landing intelligent dispatching system and remote intelligent monitoring platform to realize the visualization, data and intelligence of operation scheduling and monitoring. In particular, after the implementation and promotion of intelligent dispatching 8.1, the on-time bus departure rate has been maintained at more than 99%, the departure anomaly handling efficiency has increased by 30%, and the operation efficiency and service level have been significantly improved. During this year's Qingdao International Oktoberfest, Hisense joined hands with True bus Group to build an "emergency dispatching command platform" to achieve the unified management of inter-organizational public transport resources through the platform, ensuring that vehicle dispatching was carried out in a tense and orderly manner during the opening ceremony. On the day of the opening ceremony alone, a total of 1204 vehicles were sent, operating mileage was 20100 km, and 117000 passengers were safely transported, an increase of 15% over the opening day of Oktoberfest in 2019.

The development of intelligent public transportation is not only one of the development directions of smart cities, but also an effective measure for the high-quality development of urban transportation. Hisense, which is the first to step forward, has become the industry leader, realizing 40% market share of conventional bus intelligent dispatching system and 70% market share of bus rapid transit (BRT) intelligent system.
