Dong Mingzhu proposed to take a look at the mine and got the answer that the miners could not go to work because of the working environment, which was almost "naked."

Dong Mingzhu said, "this sentence stimulated me" and decided that "no matter how much money is invested, we should develop it." She also said that the company spent more than 100 million yuan to develop special air conditioners for the mine, but eventually sold only 20 units. However, she thinks it is very valuable because the miners can now go to work in suits.

CTOnews.com query learned that in August 2021, Gree and China Pingdingshan Coal Shenma Group cooperation in the mine refrigeration equipment research and development, has been installed in Pingdingshan Coal Mine nearly 20 sets.

According to the Elephant News of Henan Radio and Television Group, which is called "underground air conditioning", the equipment has high requirements for explosion-proof, anti-static, anti-corrosion and other performance due to the existence of gas, dust and other dangerous factors in coal mines. In terms of function, this set of equipment generally reduces the temperature of the mining head by more than 10 degrees Celsius and humidification by more than 30%, which promotes the increase of raw coal production on the premise of ensuring safety.
