According to Greg Brockmann, former president and co-founder of OpenAI, Sam received a text message from chief scientist Ilya Sutskever last night (Thursday night local time) asking for a conversation at noon on Friday. Sam attended a Google Meet meeting and the whole board of directors was present except Greg. Elijah told Sam that he would be fired, and the news would soon get out.
