CTOnews.com previously reported that Meituan, Sina, Qunar and other companies have announced cooperation with Huawei to develop applications based on Hongmeng operating system (HarmonyOS).

Take Sina Weibo as an example, thanks to HarmonyOS's cross-device support, the cost of developing native applications for Weibo and Sina News Hongmeng will be significantly reduced. Mobile phones, tablets, computers and other multi-terminals can be developed with one set of code. Content can also be transferred to watches, tablets, cars and other full-scene devices through Hongmeng's unique distributed technology, and information can be easily browsed on any device anytime, anywhere.

Data show that as of August this year, the number of Hongmeng ecological equipment has exceeded 700 million, and 2.2 million developers have devoted themselves to the development of Hongmeng ecology. As of October 30, the number of upgraded devices in HarmonyOS 4 exceeded 100 million.
