From November 13 to 17, 2023, the Baoshan Digital economy training course jointly organized by the people's Government of Baoshan City and Huawei Cloud was successfully held at Huawei headquarters in Shenzhen. 28 workers related to digital economy from counties (cities, districts) and some municipal units in Baoshan attended the training. The purpose of this training is to further improve digital literacy, strengthen the thinking ability of digital economy, and inject talent momentum into the construction of digital Baoshan.

This training course combines expert lectures with on-the-spot research, covering related knowledge such as leadership shaping, digital economy development, digital transformation strategy, and so on. From the perspective of macro layout, it brings a comprehensive three-dimensional teaching model for students.

Xu Peng, deputy general manager of Huawei China Government Cloud Business Department, Wang Guoxing, senior consultant and lecturer of Huawei, Bai Li, chief industrial consulting expert of Huawei Cloud, deputy dean of Research Institute of China International Electronic Commerce Center, comprehensive demonstration and evaluation expert of e-commerce into rural areas of the Ministry of Commerce, and Zhang Jianjun, part-time professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University. Centering on "Huawei culture and values inheritance practice", "Chinese-style new leadership", "digital economy transformation", "future urban digital economy strategy" and "new ideas, new technologies and new methods to promote the construction of digital government" and other themes such as in-depth discussions and exchanges, for the students to build a broader digital economy overall vision. Students walk into Huawei ICT digital transformation exhibition hall and Huawei Songshan Lake base to understand the development trend of digital transformation and further enhance their sense of responsibility and mission to seize opportunities and take advantage of the opportunity to build digital mountain protection.

During the training, the trainees actively studied and carefully investigated. Through a detailed understanding of Huawei's strategy and digital development plan, they accumulated more experience in speeding up the construction of Baoshan's digital capacity and promoting the transformation and upgrading of "digital +" and "intelligent +". The trainees said that this training opportunity is rare and the training content is rich and vivid. Through the training, the trainees have a deep understanding of the current work priorities, difficulties, and blocking points, and will continue to sum up what they have learned when they return to Baoshan. through the combination of practice and theory, we will do our best and play a role in further speeding up the high-quality development of the city's digital economy.
