CTOnews.com, November 17 (Xinhua)-- Microsoft released a cumulative update KB5032190 during this month's Patch Tuesday event, which has been mandatory to promote Win11 Moment 4 updates. This means that Win11 will enable features such as Windows Copilot and new file explorer by default, whether you like it or not.

In September, Microsoft launched an optional KB5030310 update for Windows 11 22H2 users, which is the Moment 4 update Microsoft had previously announced.

The Moment 4 update contains a number of important and long-awaited improvements, such as the official launch of AI Assistant Copilot, a new icon on the taskbar, a redesigned volume mixer, file explorer improvements, and so on.

After two months of Beta testing, Microsoft has launched Copilot for most Win11 users, which can open specified applications, change system settings, and so on.

Users can find the Copilot icon on the taskbar, or simply press WIN + C to launch Copilot in Windows using the same Microsoft account or Microsoft Entra ID (formerly known as Azure Active Directory) account they used when logging in on Windows.

The Copilot in Windows is displayed as a sidebar on the right side of the screen. It does not overlap with desktop content or block open application windows, users can ask questions or take action, CTOnews.com attached examples of tasks that can be accomplished are as follows:
