According to the three-year action plan for digital government and smart city construction, 10 "one-network unified management" special scenes have been built, such as smart gas, smart meteorology, smart bridges and tunnels. Expand the innovative application of low-altitude shared drones, sort out the subdivided application scenarios such as traffic congestion inspection, road facilities inspection, stay in dangerous waters, and fishing ban on the Yangtze River, and connect them to the urban transportation platform in batches. we will continue to strengthen the construction of the application scene of "one network management" throughout the city.

To deepen the construction of the application scene of "one network management", Wuhan regards the application scene as the breakthrough point of the digital transformation of speed and efficiency. Combined with the needs of major festivals, popular scenic spots and business circles, urban traffic, weather environment, etc., optimize and improve the contents of existing application scenes such as pedestrian flow monitoring, urban management, intelligent bridges and tunnels, and intelligent meteorology in key areas. constantly improve the actual combat and effectiveness of the application scene.

Focus on public management, urban safety, livelihood protection and other areas, relying on the urban brain and urban transportation platform, using modern information technologies such as the Internet of things, big data, artificial intelligence and other modern information technology, promote the construction of more intelligent perception application scenarios in urban operation management.
