DeepEdge10 is the first domestic 14nm Chiplet large model reasoning chip, which adopts self-controllable domestic process and contains domestic RISC-V core to support large model reasoning deployment. Relying on the self-developed chip DeepEdge10's innovative D2D chiplet architecture, the X5000 inference card has adapted and can carry 10 billion-level large model operations such as SAM CV model and Llama2, and can be widely used in AIoT edge video, mobile robot and other scenes.

Yuntian Lifei is a rare AI enterprise that insists on chip research and development since its inception. At present, three chips such as Edge10C, Edge10 Standard Edition and Edge10Max have been developed; the shipping form includes chip, board, box, accelerator card, reasoning server and so on, which can be widely used in AIoT edge video, mobile robot and other scenarios.
