CTOnews.com, Nov. 16, HMD Global has been launching Nokia-branded smartphones for the past six years. The Finnish company announced in September that it plans to build a new product ecosystem by launching various HMD-branded products.

CTOnews.com previously reported that HMD Global's first own-brand phone, "M-Kopa X1" (TA-1585), has been released, which is actually the "changed standard version" of Nokia C32 launched by the company.

At present, HMD Global has gradually begun to "de-Nokia", with the intention of "HMD Global" to establish the main body of the brand, trying to make the outside world away from the impression that "HMD Global and Nokia brands are closely inseparable".

It is reported that HMD Global announced the abandonment of the "My Phone" app in September this year, requiring all users using "My Phone" to migrate to the official "Nokia Mobile Community" Discord server.
