At this year's VLSI 2023 technology seminar, Xi'an Ziguang launched a new generation of multi-layer array heterointegration embedded DRAM (SeDRAM) technology, achieving industry-leading 135GBps / Gbit bandwidth and 0.66 pJ / bit energy efficiency, providing advanced and effective solutions for overlaying more layers of DRAM array structures. This innovation introduces a new generation of multilayer array SeDRAM technology, which achieves lower capacitance and resistance, larger bandwidth and capacity, and is the latest breakthrough of Xi'an Ziguang National Core in the direction of SeDRAM ®. It can be widely used in near memory computing, big data processing and high performance computing.
