At the end of the special rectification work, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television turned the network micro-drama governance work into normalization.

The first is to establish a mechanism for sending and disposing data biweekly and a mechanism for issuing announcements regularly. Since March 2023, the supervision platform, such as chatter, fast hand, Tencent, station B, small red book, good-looking video, etc., has issued more than 40 announcements to the public accumulatively, cleared more than 350,000 episodes (articles) of vulgar harmful network micro-short dramas, with more than 20.55 million minutes; 429 "Mini programs" and 2988 accounts for spreading vulgar harmful network micro-short dramas have been disposed by levels.

The second is to establish a network micro-drama "blacklist" mechanism. It is required that the network audio-visual platform should earnestly assume the main responsibility, report the illegal network micro-short dramas found in time, summarize them into the "blacklist," notify the whole industry, supervise the timely removal of the whole network platform, promote joint participation in governance, and effectively prevent the illegal network micro-short dramas from transferring positions and switching vest broadcasting.

In the next step, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television will continuously improve the normalization management mechanism, strengthen management efforts and refine management measures from seven aspects:

One is to speed up the formulation of the "Rules for the Creation, Production and Content Examination of Network Short Plays";

The second is to study and promote the integration of network micro-drama App and "Mini programs" into daily institutional management;

Third, establish the "blacklist" mechanism of Mini programs and the statistical mechanism of network micro-short drama push flow;

Fourth, entrust China Network Audiovisual Association to carry out daily supervision of network micro-short dramas;

Fifth, promote industry self-discipline, mutual supervision, and the whole industry to jointly resist illegal network micro-dramas;

Sixthly, special rectification work will be carried out again for a period of one month. Focusing on the orientation, title, content, aesthetics, personnel, publicity and broadcasting of network micro-short dramas, the disposal and exposure of illegal network micro-short dramas will be strengthened, algorithm recommendation will be further optimized, and the advertisement push review mechanism will be improved to achieve immediate results.

Seventh, strengthen the guidance of creative planning and continue to create excellent works.
