BMW (China) Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd. is a Sino-German joint venture jointly funded by BMW Bavaria Commercial Agency Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of BMW Group, and brilliance BMW Motor Co., Ltd., with 58% and 42% respectively.
