It is reported that if you want to put on the App in a Play store, you generally need to go through internal testing, closed testing and public testing before you can enter the shelving stage. Google requires developers to be tested by at least 20 users during the App closed test phase, and they must opt-in to join and use it continuously for at least 14 days.

Google claims that the closed test phase of the application must be tested by 20 users, and if the requirements are not met, it will not be able to use the "Production" and "Pre-registration" options of the Play Store console.

After the closed test is completed, the developer can apply for approval in the Dashboard of the Play Store console. During the review, Google will randomly ask the developer about the situation during the closed test to understand the function and perfection of App.

In addition, Google claims that new app developer accounts after September 2023 will need to be certified by Deng's code (CTOnews.com). Google will also verify the developer's legal name, company address, email, phone number, company size, bank account number, domain name and other information.

Developers can choose any date between November 8, 2023 and February 29, 2024 as the deadline. if they are not certified, they will be deprived of their developer rights, and the previously listed App will also be removed from the Play store.
