It is reported that the considerations of users such as AMD have expanded from process nodes, production yield, cost and other factors to production capacity, ecological chain and other aspects.

It is reported that Samsung is actively expanding its 4nm process, hoping to attract more orders from TSMC. With regard to the current information about the yield, industry insiders believe that the yield of TSMC's 4nm process is 80%, while Samsung has increased to 75% from 50% at the beginning of this year, comparable to TSMC.
