"Baird's Gate 3" and "Soul Killer 2" each received eight nominations, including Game of the year, Best Game Guide and Best narrative.

With Legend of Zelda: tears of the Kingdom and Super Mario Brothers: surprise, Nintendo became the publisher with the most nominations this year, with 15 nominations, followed by Sony Interactive Entertainment (13) and Xbox with 10 nominations. Epic Games is the third-party publisher with the most nominations, with a total of nine nominations.

From now until December 6, players can vote through TGA's official website, and the Game of the year will be announced at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on December 7.

It is worth mentioning that Hello Kitty Island Adventure, a game on Apple Arcade's subscription service, was nominated for best mobile game, which was released in July 2023 and ranks firmly in the top five of App Store's Apple Arcade games.
