CTOnews.com, Nov. 14 (Xinhua)-- Google's Gboard input method has introduced a separate keyboard mode for folding screen devices since June last year, which splits the keyboard into two halves when typing on a folding screen phone so that users can enter content on a larger screen.

In the latest Gboard input method beta version of the Android platform (v13.6.06.574113912), Google introduced a "horizontal screen automatically switch floating layout keyboard" function to improve the horizontal interactive experience of all devices.

It is reported that when the phone enters landscape mode, Gboard will automatically switch to a floating keyboard layout, and users can move the keyboard position and adjust the keyboard size according to their preferences.
