After the first delivery, all the members of the underlying group have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, and the financial results of the underlying group will be incorporated into the consolidated financial statements of the Group.

According to the share purchase agreement, Xiaopeng Motor Company has allotted and issued 58164217 Class A common shares to Didi as initial consideration shares, accounting for about 3.25% of the company's issued and outstanding share capital after the expansion of the allotted and issued initial consideration shares.

According to previous reports from CTOnews.com, Xiaopeng announced in August that it had signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Didi to cover the research, design and engineering development of new smart electric vehicles. Based on the expected significant synergy, Xiaopeng became the first automobile manufacturing company to receive the full support of Didi ecosystem.
