According to CTOnews.com news on November 12, the State Post Bureau announced that from November 1 to 11, postal express delivery enterprises across the country collected a total of 5.264 billion express parcels, an increase of 23.22 percent over the same period last year. Of these, 639 million express parcels were collected on November 11, 1.87 times the usual business volume and an increase of 15.76 percent over the same period last year.

It is understood that the peak season of this year's express delivery business begins on November 1 and ends on the eve of the Spring Festival in 2024, with a duration of 102 days.

CTOnews.com previously reported that the State Post Office announced the complaints of postal users in the third quarter of 2023, with Postal Express, Shun Feng Express and JD.com Express ranking the top three satisfaction levels.

The satisfaction rate of users to the effective complaint handling of postal administrative departments is 96.6%, to China Post Group Co., Ltd. (universal service business) is 94.7%, and to express delivery enterprises is 94.8%.

Most of the complaints of delivery service are false signature, the most of the complaints of mail delay are transit or transportation delay, and the most of the complaints of short mail loss are dissatisfaction with the amount of enterprise compensation.

Users complained about 64758 express service problems, of which 4304 were valid, accounting for 6.65%. The main issues involved in effective complaints are short loss of express delivery, delivery service and damage of express delivery, accounting for 31.83%, 30.74% and 16.38% of the total number of effective complaints, respectively.
