Recently, under the leadership of the Open Computing Standards working Committee (OCTC) of the China Electronic Industry Standardization Technology Association, the "Technical Specification for liquid cooling Devices for servers and Storage equipment" was officially released, including "part 2: connection system", "part 3: cooling capacity Distribution Unit" and "part 4: monitoring system". So far, the four parts of the series of standards have all landed, which effectively fills the blank of the cold plate liquid cooling data center standard and realizes the new breakthrough of the liquid cooling standard.

As the first core component standard of cold plate liquid cooling data center in China, the first part of this series of standards was released in the first half of this year. Together with the three parts of this release, it has realized the standardization of the whole life cycle of liquid cooling from design, processing, inspection to application, providing high-value reference for industry construction.

Ningchang has profound experience in technical research and product application in the field of liquid cooling. As an integrator of electronic information equipment, Ningchang contributed more than 200 opinions and discussions in the process of standard compilation, and provided nearly 100 liquid cooling technical specifications. From the system design level, accurately restrict the design of liquid cooling plate, connecting system, cooling distribution unit, monitoring system and other components, and finally ensure the accuracy and advanced nature of technical standards.

The process design and product performance of domestic cold plate manufacturers are different, the lack of standards brings great challenges to the large-scale promotion of liquid cooling technology, and the formulation of liquid cooling standards has become a major issue in the industry. It is of great significance for Ningchang to actively participate in the construction of standardization. at present, it has joined the domestic authorities and key units to jointly land a number of liquid cooling related standards to help the data center transform and upgrade to liquid cooling.

Ningchang has realized the full chain monitoring of liquid cooling product development, testing, production and delivery, and has the ability of data center-level full-system liquid cooling solution.
