CTOnews.com November 10 news, Geely announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today that Polar Krypton has submitted a registration statement to the SEC and expects the American depositary shares of Polar Krypton to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "ZK".

Geely said in the announcement that the polar krypton sale is expected to take place when market conditions permit and will not be confirmed until the SEC declares that the registration statement is effective. As at the date of this announcement, the number and amount of American depositary shares proposed and sold in the Polar Krypton offering have not yet been determined.

▲ Polar Krypton 007, the official CTOnews.com of Tu Yuan, previously quoted Reuters as saying that Geely's high-end electric car brand Polar Krypton will release some details of its plans in New York's IPO (initial public offering) this week.

It is reported that polar krypton will issue a prospectus "soon" and its shares are likely to start trading on the stock exchange within weeks of the announcement. One of the sources revealed that the underwriters of polar krypton will be led by Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

At present, Polar Krypton Automobile has launched three products: polar Krypton 001, Polar Krypton X and Polar Krypton 009. The company's first car product, Polar Krypton 007, will be unveiled at the Guangzhou Motor Show, which opens on November 17.
