Subsequently, the staff of the recycling team will come to the door for recycling; consumers in cities where door-to-door recycling services are not available can choose to mail recycling.

On-site recycling is one of the featured services provided by Zhuan. According to public information, a door-to-door recycling team of more than 1,000 people has been set up, covering more than 230 cities nationwide, greatly improving the efficiency of recycling and circulation of old materials. According to statistics, in 2022 alone, 7 million single services will be completed, and the door-to-door mileage is equivalent to 180 laps around the equator.

The door-to-door service will also provide strong support for the old-for-new service launched by chattering e-commerce. Take the recycling mobile phone as an example, the old phone recycling + replacement service will be provided. From recycling to completion of quality inspection, it will be completed within 48 hours, and the recovered amount will be distributed to consumers in the form of chattering wallet. This amount can be used for consumption or withdrawn at any time.

For chatter e-commerce, the "old-for-new" service enriches the user rights and interests of 3C digital products, which can effectively stimulate consumption, activate the stock market, boost the sales volume of new products, and at the same time upgrade the platform service, thus accelerating the formation of a more complete and sticky platform ecosystem.

It is understood that replacing the old with the new has been one of the mainstream ways for consumers to replace the new machine, but the regular recovery rate of mobile phone 3C products in China is less than 10%. On the other hand, Zhuan Group has created its own customized inspection standards, which can carry out comprehensive quality inspection on second-hand 3C commodities such as mobile phones. The whole quality inspection process includes 367 procedures, as well as 75 detailed inspection and evaluation items such as function, color and water ingress, and finally forms a quality inspection report specific to each product, so that sellers can make transparent transactions. At present, there are three major categories of intelligent quality inspection centers in the country, as well as more than 1000 real quality inspectors.
